Dust and Lungs

Today was supposed to be 40 mins as fast as possible but the move yesterday kind of changed things. My lungs are full of dust. Every minute was a struggle and my normal 10:00/mi pace was long forgotten. I was also hoping to do a 12 miler on Sunday that never happened due to the move. Will try to get good sleep and do it sometime during the week so my 14 miler doesn’t sneak up on me.

First Intervals

Did the workout from crossfit endurance since I missed crossfit today and my slow run this morning didn’t feel like I worked hard enough. I did 2 ten minute intervals. Ten minutes is a long time so it was almost like a temp run. Man, I am slow! Between the intervals, I had 2 minute breaks. I wish sweat 365 had an easy way to log intervals *hint hint*

I’m using my new Garmin 310xt for the first time. Tried a mile up the trail by my house. It was dark so between that and the grade I was slow and dodging imaginary animals. I misread the clock and missed my Crossfit class. Will have to make up the day tomorrow since my goal is 5 times a week.
